Privacy Policy

Short version: we use what you send us to call you back about your job. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

What we collect

If you fill out the request form, we receive the name and phone number you type, whatever you pick from the service list, and anything you add in the optional fields. If you start the form and leave without submitting, we may still receive the name and phone number you had entered, so we can call you back rather than lose the request. If you call or text, we have your number the same way anyone does when you dial them.

The site also records ordinary web traffic information such as which pages get visited. That is aggregate, and it is not tied to your name.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, quote the job, and do the work. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are handled by our website host, and scheduled bookings you place through the Towbook link go to our dispatch software. Both are service providers acting on our behalf. We may share details with a shop, a driver, or an insurer when your job requires it, and with law enforcement where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep job records as long as we need them for the work, our accounts, and insurance. You can ask us to delete your details by calling (843) 813-6335, and we will unless we are required to keep a record of the job.

Cookies

The site uses cookies only for basic functionality and traffic measurement. There are no advertising trackers on it.
