Most of our tows ride a flatbed, and there's a reason. With all four wheels off the ground, nothing drags, so your drivetrain, transmission, and suspension reach Charleston the way they left. It depends where you are and what's already rolling, but we're based in Ravenel and cover the towns and islands around it, so we're usually close. Call and we'll give you a straight arrival time, not a guess.
Do I need to be with my vehicle when it's towed?
Usually, yes. We need you or someone you authorize on hand to okay the tow and confirm where it's going. If that's not possible, call and tell us the situation, and we'll work out what we can.
Can you tow my car to any shop, or just yours?
Any shop you choose, just give us the address. If you're not sure where to take it, we'll point you toward a good local one. It's your call, and we'll get it there safely on the flatbed.
What should I have ready when I call?
Your location (a dropped pin, mile marker, or landmark), the make and model of the vehicle, what it's doing, and where you want it to go. Two minutes of detail on the phone saves a lot of time on the road.
